JIMMY BEACHAM
PRESIDENT
Jimmy is a Columbia native and the OG here at Link. Having founded the company in 2019, he combined his experience in both operations and branding to create a unique experience in the Columbia market. He likes to think of himself as his customers' "Chief Problem Solver" and works to find a solution to any unique issue thrown his way. Jimmy earned degrees in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Univeristy of South Carolina in 2008. In his "spare" time, he enjoys spending time and trying to keep up with his wife, Lindsey, their four daughters and dog, Millie.

CAMERON RICK
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Cameron joined the team in 2022 and uses her unique skillset, developed in the hospitality and non-profit industries, to organize and drive all things operations at Link. She spends her time developing and enacting company procedures that effectively increase organizational operation efficiency. A Charleston native, Cameron graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Experimental Psychology and went on to pursue a Masters of Counseling at SEBTS. When she isn’t strategically planning to accomplish goals, you can usually find her and her husband, Chris, outside with their dogs.

LINDSEY BEACHAM
MARKETING MANAGER
Lindsey "officially" joined the Link team in August 2021 but has been helping behind the scenes since day one. She is Link's Marketing Manager but also the go-to for all things related to promotional products. She grew up in the Irmo and Chapin area and graduated from Dutch Fork High School before attending Columbia College and obtaining a BFA in Choreography and Performance. Lindsey taught dance for 13 years and brings her attention to detail and keen artistic eye to every project. She and her husband, Jimmy, have four girls ranging in age from 9 to 2. Outside of the office she loves spending time with her family, gardening, & being outdoors.

LAUREN ARABIS
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Lauren joined the Link team in January 2023. She earned her degree in Visual Communications from the University of South Carolina in 2021 and continues to expand her creative horizons through practice and inspirational research. She believes that educating others on the importance of branding is essential in establishing business appeal and finds joy in helping her clients' visions come to life. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading, hiking, and playing with her cat, Apollo, and puppy, Molly. She also enjoys the performing and marching arts, as she spent her childhood and early adult life in multiple different arts programs.

CALEB JACKSON
INSTALL & SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER
Caleb joined the team in 2021 after pursuing an education in business management. He's driven by the excitement and smiles that he provides for Link's customers and enjoys working on special projects that require creative thinking and problem-solving. As a Lowcountry native, Caleb can be found cruising the coastal waters and soaking in the sun on the weekends. He's proud to say that he has the sweetest momma, the greatest family, and that his dogs think he's awesome.

CHRISTINA JOHANSSON
SALES CONSULTANT
Christina joined the Link team after graduating from the University of South Carolina in May 2023. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them find solutions for their signage and design needs. She takes extra care in finding personalized solutions for everyone within their budgets. In her spare time, Christina enjoys hiking, kayaking, and being outside! One of her favorite stories is from when she was backpacking with her brother and a bear came to their campsite, forcing them to pack up in the middle of the night and hike three hours back to their car so they wouldn't be eaten. Christina also loves to bake and her favorite things to make are from her dad's hometown in Sweden.

JOSHUA MOUNT
PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Joshua joined the team in May 2023 and received his Commercial Graphics degree from Midlands Technical College in 2022. He loves working with everyone on the Link team and wants to keep finding new ways to improve his process by becoming more efficient in order to adapt to Link's growing needs as a company. Although Joshua focuses primarily on printing, he also wants to get involved with design, sales, and installations. He and his wife, Emmalee, have a dog named Biscuit. He likes to workout and watch The Office in his spare time.

WATTS LIDDLE
PRODUCTION TECH
Watts joined the Link team part-time in July 2022 and is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Carolina. He primarily works at the production table assembling client orders, working with vinyl and various signage, and assisting on installations. In his free time (when he's not doing schoolwork), Watts enjoys attending Carolina Gamecock sporting events and tubing down the river. He's had over three years of experience in the signage industry, positively contributing to his work ethic, attention to detail, and accuracy in the production department of Link.
